It's up to you. I would vote for elendil and state the vigilante is going after eljeffe or vice versus.
I'll probably vote for elendil or Elkamil/An_Alt. It should work out either way.

Think I lost Elendil. He asked me if I thought he was an idiot, and when I played it off as him being paranoid, he didn't respond.
Suck. Oh well.

I have an amazing idea I will make this post: Elendil has gone on living long enough in the village as a known witch.
Burn you whore.
The Flanders family votes for Elendil to burn like the witch he is.
I will PM the vigilante and find out who she is going to kill.
They will think the vigilante is a girl, thus, I hope they catch on and waste a power on like Cass

Is that a good idea? They might kill ME if they think it's a girl, and if I'm the only seer left ... D:

Meh, you tried. I thought the pm looked good.
I still think we have the advantage though.
All fun and games.
EDIT: Discgrace does have a good point.

Okay, Elendil got back to me. He's apparently only suspicious, not convinced I'm a big, fat liar.
However.
He also said this:
I strongly suspect two things:
- The thing with Marx wasn't a double-up. Last night, when only James died, was. - There actually is a guardian.
And as a corollary to that second bit, I bet the guardian ability is handled by the dead, simply because we've talked to nobody who had that power or knew about that power yet.
So, then, apparently when a kill is blocked, a poor hooved animal takes the brunt of the blow.
I also think that Elendil knows damned well I'm lying, and is going to tell me nothing of further use, and that the above assertion that blocks don't result in livestockicide is an attempt to confuse me into playing along.

Hmm. It's possible, but I'm not sure I want to depend on such an ability. For all we know, they either have a chance to block or it only works once etc.
That's good information to have though, I'm just not sure if we should risk using it.

Can I suggest Cassandra? With no changling kill at all yesterday we need to look at those who didn't post and the Roberts family completely failed to enter a vote yesterday. __________________

Cass was seered innocent last night.
EDIT: Doh, missed the from DA part.
If you don't respond, it probably wouldn't hurt anything. Otherwise, I'd be interested in his response if you said you were thinking about killing me.

The more I think about it, the more I think posting your conversations with Elendil into the thread might not be a bad idea. It might give others a clue about what's going on, but it might also inform the dead that we think they have more abilities than the ability to help with visions.
It's a thought.
I wonder if they know the results of the seerings though.

Since Elendil felt the need to try and see if Jeff was a bad guy, I'm guessing that he knew Jeff was lying because thorgot wasn't our witch. I wonder who it was, then. My (make-believe )money is on Frandel, I think.

I'm not sure about posting my conversations with Elendil just yet. I don't want to burn that bridge until all the slats have fallen off. Or... you know, a metaphor that sounds less retarded.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was frandel. I sort of doubted that thorgot was a bad dude after we only got one good kill, because I was much more suspicious of frandel than of him.

I still think with our network at 9 people (we should invite cass to the boards if it hasn't been done already) against 7 unknowns with 3 of them claiming innocence, we should have the advantage. It just takes them a kill or two to help us out and it'll really push our odds up.

A mild suggestion: If too many people are voting for ElJeffe, you could put forth the idea that killing Elendil would give me voting power. This is easily countered by the argument that at least they KNOW about Elendil, but you could probably drum up enough of a controversy to justify using our collective voting power to kill Elendil instead of ElJeffe.
I think we still want to prevent the baddies from knowing how large our network is.
Anyway, I'm off. Enjoy y'all'selves.

I went ahead and listed a few targets for the vigilante to take out. It might make Elendil nervous, but it might at least let the folks below know who we plan on killing. They should have enough info from casual, marx and drinkinstout to make a good guess anyways for the seering thing.
I'm probably not going to be around for vote close tonight. If I die, I'll just go off the lists we have for targets, which would be an_alt, elkamil then DA, buzz buzz and plutonium.
On the vigilante nights, try to have someone let us know who the target is going to be. It might be best to simply have PK state his targets or something.
